Applicant Flow Log

Applicant Tracking is an OFCCP Recordkeeping Requirement. Each applicant should be tracked and a formal log maintained. The log should include the name, sex, race, referral source, job, and disposition of each applicant. Applicant tracking requirements differ depending on whether the company is a Construction Contractor or Supply and Service Contractor.
